Event Design by Burlap & Bordeaux

We get so many questions on why we charge what we charge and is a topic that we like to help you understand the reason why some companies charge what is consider proper for their expertise.

Let us break it down for you.
An event runs 6 to 7 hours average and you see your vendors only on that particular time and not before because you are getting ready at your room or hotel and you usually don't stay long after the event is over but your vendors  because they started the day way before your venue open the doors and stay maybe an hour after your event is over making sure they live the venue clear of any of the rentals items.

Another thing to consider is the totals hours of paperwork, phone  calls and office hours invest in each event. Some events can be prepare on a week and some events take months to prepare,  any items you rent it take time to prepare and  to loud on truck to be deliver.

Please know that when you see a wedding vendor working on your special day, that particular person is probably been working for a good couple of hours just for your event. Also to keep in consideration, vendors work different events the same day and had to manage venues schedules for delivering your rentals goods.

A wedding  and Events is definitely a production and collaboration with a lots of vendors and they all make sure your event runs smooth and accordingly to your vision.
