Weddings at not traditional venues

Now in days we see more and more houses turn in to wedding venues that aren't equipped properly for event productions, vendors sometimes have a very small window when it comes loading and setting your event. When a wedding is at a house venue that only limits their access to only an hour or two before your event, that reflect on your budget as sometime vendors need to bring extra labor to be able to accommodate the time frame.

And when it come to finish your event, light tent to be off at specific time with no extra minutes add it to it, and vendors need to work on the dark on an unsafe area and is not funny when you are carrying heavy equipment. Imaging your DJ working on the dark with heavy equipment carrien down hills and in a hurry because the house owner want to go to sleep and all the lights go off in mid way,  thank God this wedding vendors are professionals and experience on what the do and will limit the liability of losing equipment or avoid accidents to minimum. So when your wedding vendor tell you that your quote is a bit more is because all this element and the extra help they hire to be able to have your event run smooth on your day on your not traditional wedding venue.

Now the difference between wedding venues and not traditional wedding venues is enormous when in comes to logistick like; loading area, ramps for heavy equipment event production, door access for oversize decor, corridors, walkways for service cars, etc.
